The Masonic Service Association of North America (MSANA) was formed in 1919 to provide services to its member Grand Lodges that they would find difficult to provide for themselves. Thus the national voice that the MSA has is dedicated to Service to the Masonic community.

The Masonic Information Center (MIC) was founded in 1993 by a grant from John J. Robinson, well-known author, speaker, and Mason. Its purpose is to provide information on Freemasonry to Masons and non-Masons alike and to respond to critics of Freemasonry.

National Masonic Foundation for Children - presents and supports a student assistance program, the Masonic Model Student Assistance Training (MMSAT) program.

The
International Association Legions of Honor is a Shriners Association consisting of 156 Legion of Honor Units within the Shrine. Membership requirements are being a Mason, a member of the Shrine and also a Veteran of the Armed forces. The Masonic Medical Research Laboratory is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life for all humankind. The Laboratory's primary mission is to conduct high quality basic biomedical research aimed at generating knowledge and information necessary for development of the medical cures and treatments of tomorrow. The Laboratory is also committed to providing education and training to basic scientists and clinical researchers who would perpetuate and extend the fight against disease.
